We are committed to your privacy and only authorized employees with the company and on a need to know basis will have access to any of the information collected from individual customers.

If required to by law, we may provide any and all information we have about you to law enforcement or any other government agencies, pursuant to a subpoena, warrant, or other order by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Use of Site By Minors:

You must be 18 years of age or older to provide any information through this site. By using this Site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

While we do sell items that may be intended for use by children, these products are for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, do not submit any information without the express consent of a parent or guardian. We will not knowingly collect any personal information by any person under 13 years of age. Payment Methods:

Online we only accept Visa and Master Card. In store we accept Visa, Master Card and debit. Arrangements can be made with us to pay via Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) by contacting us directly.

Errors & Omissions:

While we make every effort to ensure that our website is accurate and current, errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct this errors, inaccuracies or omissions to modify or update information at any time, without notice – including after an order is submitted. These errors and inaccuracies may be related to product price, descriptions, promotions and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order based on incorrect pricing or product availability.

Returns & Refunds:

Our return policy last for 14 days from the time of purchase, after such time we will not accept returns or make any exchanges.

Any returns or exchanges must be unused and in the same condition in which it was sold and in it’s original packaging.

Upon receiving your return the item will be inspected and we will email you let you know your item has been received and advise you if we will refund the item.

If your item is approved, we will then process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping Returns:

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. These costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50 we recommend using a service that offers tracking. We are not responsible any lost or missing packages.

U.S. & International Customers:

We are unable to ship or sell products outside of Canada.


We ship all our packages using Canada Post and all packages are insured. A signature is required upon package delivery. We will require a scanned or faxed copy of your PAL/RPAL for all firearm shipments. We will only ship firearms to the address on your registered PAL.

All items are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery can be expected to take 3-6 business days (excluding remote areas) after the shipping and tracking is sent. There will be a delay on shipping firearms that require government transfer documentation. Back order and custom orders are shipped once items arrive and will be given priority processing.

PAL Requirements:

All firearm purchases by law require the appropriate firearms license. We will require your PAL in order to purchase a firearm. This information can be entered in the appropriate field during the checkout process. Your date of birth is required for all non-restricted firearm purchases. We will require the name of the gun club or range to which you belong along with city/town of birth for all restricted firearm purchases.

A scanned or faxed copy of your PAL must be sent to us in order to process your order.
